Our modern comfortable caravans are all double glazed and centrally heated and each has a double bedroom,twin single bedroom and sofa bed sleeping up-to a maximum 6 people. Prices shown are for 2 sharing, extra adults charged at £25 per person per week, children under 14 are free. Bed linen is not provided and you will need to bring bedding. Our kitchens are well equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, grill and hob. Every caravan has a shower room, with shower, toilet and hand basin. A 32in Freeview Digital TV is provided along with gas and electric. Children are always welcome. Pets are welcome in our four dedicated pet-friendly caravans (subject to availability and charge). Parking is available beside the caravan. Sorry, smoking in or around the caravan is not allowed. All gas appliances have been tested and certified (boiler, cooker, fire etc)

We are the closest park to Cromer, nearby is Sheringham, Mundesley, Blakeney, Heritage Houses, Woodland Parks and Blue Flag sandy beaches. It's only a short stroll into Cromer for all amenities, which include: shops, museums, cinema, theatre, zoo, pier, cafes, restaurants, pubs, coastal walks, bird-watching, beach combing, walking, fishing, bowls, golf and more, there is plenty to see and do, rain or shine. We have a wooden children's adventure play area with sandpits underneath and picnic benches nearby, also a large picnic and games area and benches positioned for sea views with clear views of East Runton beach and the best sunset and sunrise over the sea on the Norfolk coast.
