A light and spacious open plan caravan with 3 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the lounge to accommodate up to 8 people. *Please note, NO BEDDING/TOWELS ARE PROVIDED The caravan comprises of a large Lounge/Dining area includes ‘L’ shaped seating, with pull-out bed, and matching dinette area with a new lounge ‘fan’ shaped dining table. A combined entertainment/fire/storage unit complements the living space with TV/DVD. The galley style kitchen is both practical and effective with modern units and generous storage. The Kitchen includes Hob, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Plates & Cutlery etc. There is a single exterior door from the kitchen leading on to the corridor and a large bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, sink, heater and storage shelving. A separate second WC with sink is located diagonally opposite. The bedrooms consist of a spacious double and two twins all with heating and storage.

Perran Sands is one of Cornwall's finest holiday parks. It includes excellent amenities including the great haven entertainment with live shows every night for all ages (no restricted areas). The Park's water and sporting attractions such as the indoor/outdoor heated swimming pools, crazy golf, archery, mini ten pin bowling, climbing wall and football/basketball court. There are also a number of places to eat, depending on whether you fancy a sit down meal or a takeaway. The caravan is situated only a few minutes walk away from the beach, 3 miles of the famous Penhale's golden sands. It is a paradise for both sun-seekers and surfers. (Surf boards/Body boards and wetsuits are available to hire on site) Weekly or daily Haven entertainment passes can also be purchased from the reception to give you access to Funworks facilities.

A little further afield is the famous Eden Project (25 miles) or for a fun packed day try Flambards theme park at Helston (26 miles). There is also the beautiful fishing village of Padstow (26 miles).
